KepserverEX Kep Configuration disconnects from Kep Runtime Randomly

I’m having similar issue. I restarted the service multiple times. Each time I restart the Runtime service, the problem seems to go away but then the KEPServerEX Configuration tool stops working again. What else could be done to permanently fix the issue?

    Greetings!!

    It appears that Kepware runs normally for a specific period of time and then stops functioning. This behavior may indicate that the license activated on the machine has either expired or that the support end date associated with the license is not valid for the installed version.
