i file di fabbricazione non si aprono dopo l'installazione

I am using Creo Parametric Release 2.0 and DatecodeM040

abbiamo spostato correttamente creo m040 dal vecchio pc al nuovo, ma la parte CAM non funziona. non apre nemmeno il file di fabbricazione.

    1. Can you confirm if the installation process completed without errors? What is the operating system on your new PC?
    2. Are you seeing any specific error codes or messages when trying to open the CAM files?
    3. Did you transfer the Creo configuration files and licensing properly from the old PC? Were there any changes in settings?
    4. Could you please add some screenshot(s)?
