Basic Mathcad learning

I need your valuable support.

currently I am working on one project in which I have to use Mathcad programming to control parameter of assembly.

I am new to this Mathcad software.

I had read all help file for Creo Help manual.

but I am not able to perform any task.

please give me demo videos, tutorials.
