Basic Matrix Algebra - Calculate third Matrix based on First 2.

I've attached my worksheet on what I am trying to do.

I have two column matrices, 4 rows each of given data. I need to calculate the third matrix based on the first two with a simple equation, but I can't get it to work the way I want to. See the attached image below:

Any suggestions?
