Boolean Equation wont solve

Can anyone help me to understand why the attached mathcad boolean equation will not work?

There seems to be a problem with your units.

The first term on the RHS of your equation has units V/m, but should have units of V. Should the Dpipe in the numerator be Dpipe^2?
