My computer was atacked by malicious software. I went through the process ofremoving it and reinstalling Mathcad 14 including the datapack handbook. Everything came back except the functions for the Data Analusis Extension Pack. I get this error message bad_assembly_name.
Can anyone help me figure out how to restore these functions?

It sounds like you did not fully reinstall the data analysis pack, or the license for it, so the functions for it are not working.

Did you purchase the data analysis extension pack separately? If so, reinstall it. Also look for the license to turn on the functionality.

If you need more help and are a single user, try contacting technical support at http://www.ptc.com/support/mathcad_contacts.htm.

I purchased the extension pack at the same time as upgrading to MCAD 14. I tried reinstalling several times, even fron CD. I also tried to go to the website but did not see where to contact for single users. I tried logging a ticket and got to the PTC login which came back and said I do not have the rights.
What else can I try?
