Copying a table to export into excel

I am trying to combine some data in a table and export the values into excel.

I have attached a file. I need to take the P2 values and copy them into an excel spreadsheet.

I am new to mathcad and I dont know all the features. I used the writeexcel and I found the file. I thought it would pop up. Thanks for your help
