Crashes on Print Preview

I had to re-install MC14 for various reasons. It seems to be working fine now, except that it crashes on Print Preview and, at least sometimes, gives a runtime error "unable to read memory at....".

Ideas?

What version of Mathcad 14 are you running.

You might need to upgrade to the latest service release. M14 020 I think.

If you have a single user license, you can find m011 at
http://www.ptc.com/support/mathcad_downloads.htm.

If you have a maintenance agreement, contact PTC.

M020 is available for single users and will fix it
