creating a secondary y-axis in Prime 1.0

As the tile says I need a way to create a secondary y-axis in Prime 1.0.....No one at my school has any idea how to do it as it is not MathCAD 15.

Unfortunately secondary y-axis is not a feature of Mathcad Prime 1.0.
