Creating Circles in Mathcad

I am an internship student that was recently introduced to Mathcad 15. I am trying to create multiple circles on the same graph. All the circles have a different radius. I have no idea how to use Mathcad or create a program in Mathcad, but this is my project. I've tried things from the tutorial and some other programs from just searching the internet but have yet to have any luck. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to create this graph in mathcad. Specific details and commands would be very much appreciated.
