No, it's not possible to find the password (or passwords?). Is is possible to unlock the areas (that is not always the case, but it is possible with this document). I'm not going to tell you how to do it though, and I'm not going to do it for you unless you can convince me that you really wrote that worksheet. I think you might have a very hard time convincing me of that.
