Question

Graph lines shifted when printing

Good morning everyone,

I was trying to print my results and I noticed that the lines are shifted in the PDF (see image attached).

I tried several printers but always the same result.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Thank you for helping,

F.

Guess you're using Prime 4 or 5...?

Is this similar to this issue:

https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad/Printing-Bug-with-Plots-Prime-4-0/m-p/490071

Success!
Luc

Note that the bug was not solved for Prime 4 and therefore also not in Prime 5 (PTC logic).

Hi Luc,

Thank you for answering.

Yes I am using Mathcad 5.0 and yes the problem I have looks like the one you linked. Unfortunately that does not seems to be a solution yet. It worked fine for me at first and suddenly started doing this.

I'll log an IT request in the meanwhile.

Thanks!

It's sad that PTC seems to be going backwards.

.

Since you are using Prime 5, have you tried using the new "chart component" as a work around?
