How can I change the result format?

HI friends,

IN Prime 3.0 I have such a reulst format (see Attachment).

How can I show all values in the result matrix?

3.To display the hidden rows and columns, click and drag the bottom edge of the closing bracket. Keep dragging until the three ellipses disappear indicating that there are no more hidden rows or columns.
