Im stuck :/

So basically i have :

I 4 1 -2 I

A + B = I 0 1 3 I

I 3 -1 1 I

I 2 1 0 I

A - B = I 4 -1 1 I

I -3 3 1 I

And have to find the A and B matrices, sadly im out of ideas how to do it.

I know it's probably an easy solution but i cant think of it, help please

After some thought i did it the same way, but i am now wondering if there is another way, because i have a similar one which cannot be solved like this, it is:

and i have to find A and B, so i was hoping there is an solution which can be used on similar problems.

The way you had set up your original task works pretty well if you search for both matrices at once and not only for one of them:
