Installation problem

Hi,

I'm installing Prime 2.0 on my work PC, and I get an error message (see attached jpg screenshot). My computer is good enough, I'm not sure why it doesn't work?

Hi,

As its a desktop PC and using the company network, I can't take it elsewhere sadly.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

I always have problems downloading from the PTC site. For some reason it always times out, using either Firefox or IE. I found that installing the DownThenAll add-on for Firefox allows me to download OK.
