Lookup in Mathcad

Hi,
I want to create a look up functionality in Mathcad. I am having grades coreesponding to wire diameter. The cloumns under grades will have the value of stress. If I enter value of diameter and grade I need Mathcad to automatically select the corresponding stress value.
