Looping with two criteria

Hi,

This question is regarding iteration with two simultaneous criteria.

I've been able to solve this with relatively simple manner (in the beginning of file), but I believe that this problem could be solved also with "while" operator (tries at the end of file), which could be then modified to solve a more complex problems.
