MathCAD installation problem

Hi there,

I think I'm having some problems with the license that was forwarded to me from PTC. When I show the path for the license, its says that the MathCAD is installed and is ready to use. But when I try to open up a MathCAD, I can't. It gives me an error. Attached, please find the problem that I'm facing.

I would appreciate your cooperation in this respect.
