Hello,

Could you please tell me why I am getting "ptc_d: The desired vendor daemon is down" error?

Just for the information that in this server, we have 2 another license manager for 2 different products are running.

Please let me know, how to fix this problem.

Thanks,

What type of license do you have and what version of Mathcad?

Have you contacted PTC yet?

Hello!

Try to start "ptcstatus.bat" (from a folder "C:\Flexlm\bin") for check of work of the licence.

Also, you can create a new Case for service of technical support PTC, here: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/case/case_logger.jsp

If Vladimir's suggestion doesn't work you could try the contact below.

I had a problem with a Mathcad Prime license recently and Houda was very helpful.
