Mathcad License Problem - ptc_d: The desired vendor daemon is down

Hello,

Previously the license it was working on the physical machine running on Windows 7 and have been requested for generate new license for the new license server.

After I have receive new generated license for new hostname and mac address. and tried to install it on the license server it keeps telling me error ptc_d: The desired vendor daemon is down. and FlexNet Licensing error:-97,121.

My license server environment is on Windows server 2008 running on VMWare. and there is other 4 licenses flexnet also running on the same server.

Please let me know how to fix this issue?
