Microsft wireless mouse and 3d graphics

Prime 2.0 and 15M010 seem to have the bug that began in v13. If the scroll wheel is used to adjust the 3d image size it does not "let go" of the image when the mouse button is clicked outside the plot. I use CTRL+ESC to regain control. Is there a setting to avoid this?
