OK, to round it off find attached my second version of the decomposition program. Its faster and more versatile and I'm a bit happier with it but still have the feeling that its far too complicated and cluttered.

Do want confirmation there is, or is not, a solution? Or a solution? Or some tips that will help you find (or find there isn't) a solution?
