Printing of any kind is not working with Mathcad Prime 2.0

Hi

I have been using Mathcad Prime for about 1 year and everything has been working great and then recently. The printing capability has stopped working.

The steps I follow are:

From an open worksheet I select the Mathcad button in the upper left corner of the screen and then select the Print option. but nothing happens.

In the past the Print Options window would open and let me select my appropriate printer.

I do not get this now.

I have also tried Ctrl P again nothing happens.

I have also tried printing with other applications on my computer Excel, Word, etc and they all work fine.

Has any one experienced this?
