I have problems registering mathcad, it is a student licens where i have got a produkt code from the school. buit when i should register "error ptc.setup could not properly detect the host id that is required" what can i do ?

"host id" is the PTC term for the MAC adress of your primary network interface card. This is where the license at the end is bound to.

If for some reason Prime is not able to detect a network card in your system, you will have to contact PTC academic support and they should be able to help.
