Problems with plotting graphic

Hello, dear all.

I've faced some problems with plotting data graphic.

I plotted data (descreat value) and a function (I want a continuous function),but mathcad plots descreat function.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

Create another X vector, over the same range but with more points.
