    1. Try this tip - "How to Acquire 30 days License for Mathcad Prime 7.0?": https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Installation/How-to-Acquire-30-days-License-for-Mathcad-Prime-7-0/m-p/721613#M413

You are replying to a 14 years old thread. In the mean time this has happened:

    https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Tips/Official-PTC-Mathcad-15-and-Prime-1-6-End-of-Sale-Announcement/ta-p/818870

In short: You will not get a (trial) license for Mathcad 14 anymore.

With a little luck, in a few years time, you may be able to obtain a license for Prime 14....

At this moment you can get a trial license for Prime 8 though, for more information see here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Installation/All-About-Mathcad-Software-Installation/m-p/706433#M26

    Success!
