recovering lost ptc programs licence permission

I hope someone can help me. I have had a crash with my computer. To keep it short my hard drive disk went faulty and was replaced and lost all my information and emails regarding two programs purchased from PTC. Wildfire Ver4 students edition. chaseing - to recover it. Lost my mathcad upgrade program went to the licence people filled out my problem but not able to send it because I do not know my volume serial number.Can't find it. I find PTC way of helping most difficult. Who can I send an email to discuss in simple english to solve my problems.
