Recent objections to the Mayo Clinic Quadratic (MCQ) formula for Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) led to using the valid upper tail data from it to curve fit a quadratic of the Cockcroft-Gault Formula (CG), which recently was claimed superior.

However, a MathCad regress function was used to get a good, close, simple quadratic fit for the original MCQ - a piece wise Gaussian fit of no general validity on the lower tail.

An error of mine for the Mayo Clinic Quadratic Formula has been corrected, That formula is not a quadratic function but a reciprocal power series. No attempt is now made to develop a real quadratic form for it.
