Simple XY plot

Hello there, I`m new to MathCad and a have a question

I have X=10 at s=4 and X=15 at s=7 . I want to draw a line which go from point X=10 to X=15. I dont know if you understand me.

You can look at the picture for a better understanding. I know it sounds simple but I don`t seem to figure it out.
