The shift F5 may not work for chrome. Click on three bars (upper right) , tools, delete browsing data, and clear cache. That worked for me. I had the same problem with the insert image and it worked.

Sorry for that Alan. My last idea is that after I did the clearing of the cache, I closed Chrome and reopened it. Maybe that was needed. If that doesn't work, then it's up to PTC or someone else.
