This variable is not defined. Check that the label is defined correctly.
The variable is defined, redefined, calculated, recalculated, but it still shows me a red error when I include the variable in an equation.

The variable you use in your equation may be labelled  differently from the variable you had defined. Primes autolabelling tries to find the correct label and apply it but also often fails doing so.

There are also other causes for that error message possible.

We hardly can say more unless you attach your worksheet for inspection.

I told you that's it a bug and that you can avoid the error by not using inline evaluation.
