Trace function promblems

I have created some graphs for problems in my problem solving class. The problem I am running into is mathcad 15 is not allowing me to edit the trace funtion part of my graphs. When you right click a graph and select format the trace tab doesn't show anything, normally it would allow one to change the way graphical data is plotted; for some reason this is not available to me, why, do I need another program to function with mathcad. Please help soon...

When you right click a graph and select format the trace tab...

You need to double-click with the left mouse button to access Traces, which then allows you to change symbol and line style etc.

I have the same problem. But in addition some times the computer locks and I have to restart Mathcad if possible or reboot the computer. MSXML and Microsoft .Net are installed. This is not good at all!
