Very simple request which was available in Mathcad 15 - the ability highlight a region and type over it instead of having delete it and retype.

I know this sounds trivial, but the amount of time and clicks it saves is incredible.

I agree. I find the current behavior very frustrating. This was asked for in another thread too.
