Activation of licence

Purchased licence and tryed to activate it on mathcad 5.0 several times, no luck.
Installed mathcad 9.0 -> seems to be working, but now error message "You have reached the maximum amount of licence requests avalible for your product type"

And the reason for not getting Prime 5 to be licensed is probably due to:
