Cannot raise a support case - product code not recognised

Hello
I have two issues:
1. The system will not accept my product code so i cannot raise a support case.
2. My laptop just got a new motherboard. I cannot get Mathcad to activate and i cant download a new licence as it says i have had too many.
Is there another way to raise a support case?

You may need to contact PTC support, which is NOT this website/Forum.
