Mathcad Installation

Hi, my 30 day free trial has ran out for the basic package and i am wanting to continue using it.e

I am responsible for ordering software for our company. I would like to order under our user name software.compliance@cmc.com but if I do, am I able to assign the software to a user? Or does the software have to be purchased under the user's name?

I was not able to activate the product. When I try using the MathCad license wizard, it says, "program ID already expired."

I bought it some years ago and i have never got it to work. now I can't find it on your website?

I had MathCAD Prime 7, my CPU bricked and now have a new computer. My IT department installed MathCAD Prime 8. I have a license for 7. Also I need the license for 7 updated to my new MAC address.Please help.

I cant use the Trial-Licence, that i got via email. Hi - I just purchased MCAD Prime 8.0 with a subscription which is locked license.  I want to be able to run MCAD on a 2nd computer occasionally (laptop).  As i understand it there is no HOME USE license provision to allow 1 user to use license on 2 machines. I think these are my options: A)  I can transfer the license fairly quickly i think (once i get my basic PTC account upgraded).  That seems less pleasant as delays in receiving the .dat file would be incurred. B) It seems there is a "floating" license option that uses a Flexnet server running on the local network (preferably).   C) Buy a second license for that 2nd computer. Am I stuck with C?  Is B possible since I have already purchased a locked license (can i convert)? thanks,russ

I am trying to convert old Mathcad files from Mathcad 14 to Mathcad Express Prime 8.0. Right now the convert button is greyed out. I believe it's because we don't have Mathcad 15, however we cannot get access to Mathcad 15. Is there any way to get a converter tool to convert our old files to Mathcad Express Prime or even get a copy of Mathcad 15?

In the student version of the product, I can't open a file I worked on in one computer on another computer. Is there a solution?

We recently switched all users to Mathcad Prime Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.0.0Here are the errors that we are facing"Parent application is busy: can't save. Make sure that all dialogs are closed and try again."Once we were able to trace it back to BlueBeam PDF printer, but other times, nothing. Can "Save As" and move forward but it is a recurring issue that affects multiple users. What causes this? How to avoid.

I have product code, But yesterday for some technical reason I formated my laptop. I wanted to know how I could download the software to re-install the software.Regards,Guru
