Mathcad Installation

Hi, everyone, I trie to install the mathcad prime 7 thru the link below but it didn't work. Does anyone had the same problem? Cannot install. Downloaded install manager and every time I try to open it, a popup shows up saying Extraction Failed, File is Corrupt. I've downloaded the install manager multiple times, turned off anti-virus software and restarted computer, still cannot install. Please help as soon as possible.

Hello,I have a problem with installation of mathcad version 7.0. I have installer, recieved it via e-mail. When I try to install it, after runnig installer, there is only extraction of some files, the window disappears and nothing is happening. I tried to download full version of installer from website https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp but there is no file under the name of Mathcad 7.0. I had the same issue with 6.0 version but on that time there was a full version of installer on that site and it helped. Kind regards

30 day trial license will not activategetting error:  (-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session. I am working remotely to the computer Prime 7 is installed. Do I have to go into work and access the computer to finish activation? Will I be able to use the trial remotely?

Hello,   I'm a teacher in Mechanical Engineering and we use Mathcad Prime 5. Since the 1st of januari we can no longer activate our (unused) Mathcad Prime 5 license codes. We don't need to upgrade and want to keep using our remaining license codes, but this no longer seems possible. Our reseller has zero options for this, except to buy a new pack of license codes (and run into the same problem in a few years)...    Does anyone know of a solution for this problem? Or maybe a name from someone at PTC who could help me?   Thanks, Daan

Click information icon of failed application for details". I click on information icon and i have this message: "Installation failed. You can Restart the failed application installs or click Exit to close the installer". Can you help me install this trial version?

I tried it serveral times but it didn't work. Therefore I couldn't download Mathcad. Can you please help me? I also didn't find another way to login on the ptc website.

Dear colleague, I applied for 30-days free trial full license of PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0, and received license through my email. I did following operation: oopen Mathcad, choose "options" setting, choose "license configuration", read the file (in the same harddrive) which sent from PTC Mathcad, click "apply", but license status is still "Invalid", license type is still "No License". Please help me to double check anything was wrong of my operation? Thank you.

Installation Assistant does not detect PTC license pack on the application selection. The pack was forwarded via email to another computer with the installer on it. Does that effect the license pack? Currently, both pack and installer are in the same file, same drive. Do I need to unzip the pack from .dat?
