How to get an student version

Can't find where to download and install Mathcad Prime 6.0. I received the license from my university.

I'm having difficulty opening Mathcad Express 7.0.0. It's been on my computer for 30 days, and now when I click on the app to start it, it starts up, but when I click on the app to bring it up, it wont open the screen.

When I try to insert an object by selecting paint brush I cannot do it because there is a message that says "parent application is busy: can't insert a new object. Make sure that all the dialogs are closed and try again.", this is happening since I upgrade to windows 11, please could you tell me how can I fix it ?

Are XMCD file able to be converted in trial versions of express or prime?

1. Run LicenseWizard.exe from default location C:\Program Files\PTC\Mathcad Prime 6.0.0.0  or Launch using Windows #Search and #Run as administrator     2.  Select Mathcad Icon M' and then select #M' Options   Select #License           3.  Follow the Steps as highlighted in numerically ascending order and select #Next (4)   4. Enter the Product Code, #Next on Acquire License Page check the product for which the license needs to be activated  and select #Acquire License (4)    5. After selecting #Acquire license, a license will be generated for the provided product code. User can double click on the Mathcad Prime icon and launch the application successfully.                                  

please give the code of the trial version, I need it purely for training and now I unfortunately can't install it because I don't have the code

Who do I call or where can I fill out a support ticket.  Support documentation takes me to products I didn't buy.   

Hi,We have multiple seats of MathCAD prime 7. How can I copy the template settings to another installation? On Creo parametric for instance there is a config.pro file that you can place in the user's profile that sets up the templates and other settings, according to company standards.

One of my users asked this question. Is it possible to have multiple versions of MathCAD Prime loaded on the same computer? He has MathCAD 15 and MathCAD Prime 6 already installed and would like to add Prime 7.

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0Attempting to add grid lines to a plot but the information in the help section for 7.0 does not match what I am seeing in the application.According to help I am supposed to click the Axes tab in the Ribbon then click Axes Styles: X GridlinesHowever the only tab in the Ribbon I have is Plot. There is an Axes area under that but there is no option to change styles.Guessing there is something I need to turn on or change to I can see and make changes to the Axes Styles but as yet I have not been able to find what that is.

While trying to activate the license I came across the following error when attempting to log in... "The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF" Is there any solution for this issue? Please see attachment for error message.

I am a long time mathcad user.  After retirement in 2016, I purchased a permanent licence for mathcad prime 3.1.  It was working fine until recently, when the installation reverted to express mode.   my attempts to “re-activate” the installation to to full functionality have been unsuccessful. I have obtained licence files through the self-serve tools, but when I try to use them, I get a message stating that the server is unavailable or down.  Because I do not have an active support account, the PTC support team is inaccessible to me.   I find this to be maddening, because I have a permanent licence for Mathcad, I cannot get it to work, and I can’t find any help at PTC.   any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated    mike o’neill

When I start with the installation of Mathcad, at the and it is written "there is a problem during the installation of MSI" but I don't know what I have to do. I need the free trial installation because I am a student of engineering and I need this program for the final project. Please help me.
