Installation issue with Mathcad Test version

Hello,
I can not install the test version of Mathcad. The Installer was send to me over my email adress, after login on the ptc website.
When i start the installer, the files will be extracted, but then nothing happends. The windows with the installation menu doesnt pop up.

Did you follow the instructions?

Especially: "execute/run pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe,  run as an Administrator."

Yes, i also confirmed the UAC.

1. What Windows OS are you using?

I am using windows 10 Home.

 

Unfortunately none of these tips works for me.

 

I also dont even get an error message. It simply doesnt happen.
