Installation licence

I am unable to install my Mathcad Prime 7 licence. When I try to install it:

From Mathcat Express I click on

1)Acquire License

2) Select the products to install the license for:

3) PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0

I am getting the following answer:

You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type

Do I have to delete Prime Express and load a new Prime 7??????
