Installing Free Trial with installation assistant - nothing in application selection

I am trying to install a free trial of mathcad to run a calculation that was provided to me. when I open the "mathcad prime installation assistant" I get to the third step - application selection - and there is nothing in the window to chose from.

Here (https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Installation/Step-by-Step-Installation-Procedure-for-Mathcad-Prime-8-0/td-p/789358 ) is the process for Prime 8, it should not be (much)_ different for Prime 9.

Take notice of one important fact:

"execute/run pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe,  run as an Administrator."
