Is it possible to extend my ptc evaluation license (I've already purchased a license)

Hi,

I bought a ptc mathcad license yesterday - but I'm still waiting for that license to show up. My evaluation license expires tomorrow.  Is it possible to extend my evaluation license since I've already paid for a full license?

I've tried posting this questions on two other occasions - but both were marked as SPAM for some reason.  

I'm not spam.  I'm a customer.
