Mathcad 12 Student Lincense transfer

Hello,

I purchase the student licence and accidentally activated it on mi pc but i need it in my laptop. When I try teh suggested student licence transfer steps, It verifys my product code and then says my account does not have the privilages to perform the licence what can I do?

Any tips or ideas as to how to solve it would be greatly appreciated.
