Mathcad Opens, Yet shows no Active window. It Seems to be stuck in the background?

I am using Mathcad Release N/A and DatecodeN/A

Mathcad launches but does not now show an active window. There is no icon on the taskbar but we can see it running in the background via task manager. This software was working no issues a few days prior, what we have tried is the following : Remove/reinstall, restart, shutdown, updated all drivers, applied windows updates.Can you please help us get this software working? thanks

Try the following:

  • 1. Create a backup (or just archive) of the config file (in this directory: C:\Users\CurrentUser\AppData\Local\PTC\).
  • 2. Delete the current config file (in this directory: C:\Users\CurrentUser\AppData\Local\PTC\).
  • 3. Run Mathcad Prime again.
