Mathcad Prime 10.0.0.0 crashes when saving or exporting files

I recently purchased a laptop running Windows 11 Home. I installed Mathcad Prime 10.0.0.0 using a university license provided by my university in Denmark.

The problem occurs every time I try to save or export a file — the application crashes immediately. This happens consistently and makes the software unusable for my studies.

To rule out system-related issues, I have:

• Fully reset my laptop (clean Windows installation)

• Reinstalled Mathcad Prime 10.0.0.0 after the reset

Despite this, the problem still occurs.
