MathCad prime won’t open and keeps trying to get me download the free trial

I have been using mathcad prime on my computer for engineering. Starting about a week ago, whenever I try to open the app, it opens a webpage to download the free trial. I have tried upgrading the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, neither of these have worked. The app still shows on the bottom bar but will not actually display the window. I am running matched for windows. What should I do?
