Problem acquiring license file after change of computer

Hello,

I'm having trouble activating my newly bought license for Mathcad prime 11.0. I had a license for Mathcad 10 on a different pc which worked without any trouble. Now when trying to acquire the new license for this version on a new system, it just gives me the error: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type"

I have been troubleshooting for some time now but without luck.
