Hi! I have a problem. I tried to install Mathcad on my friends computer, because i had not Windows computer, only Mac. Now I have bought Windows computer and need to install Mathcad for the university. I started to install that and got an error "you have reached the maximum number of licence requests available for your product type". Can you help me somehow?

That's called a licence transfer, choose your situation from below

Transferring Mathcad License from Existing Host ID to New Host ID
1. Commercial / Maintenance Active Customer
2. Student Edition or Mathcad Single User Account
