PTC Mathcad Express Prime 3.1 will not open
Mathcad Express Prime 3.1 program will not open. It worked when I first installed it but after a week or so, I tried to open it again and got an error message. When I hit, "OK" the message disappears. When I try to open the program, the program does not open and the message comes back. This just repeats and the program never opens. Here's the error message that pops up on the screen:

close.
