The activation of MathCAD Prime 9

Hello

I purchased the license of Mathcad Prime 9 on July 14th, but it now shows that I have reached the maximum number of licenses.But I have never activated any of them.

Can you help reset this authorization? Or you can tell me which account activated this authorization.Or there may be other ways to solve it,
