The Product Code I never got

Seems that the Product Code has been missing in several post here. Is there anyone, who has actually managed to get the Product Code?

Hi,

 

Thank you for replying, but I`ve already tried those tips. None of them worked.

 

I`ve tried to solve this problem over a month now, but I`m hopeless. It seems to be literally impossible to get in touch with the real customer service of PTC.

Hi

Are you upgrading from a prior version and is it asking for a product code? 

 

For upgrades!

The product code for your Single User (version 14.0 and prior) can be found under the Help -> About Mathcad menu item.

 

I don't know if yours is a new install or upgrade

I`m trying to use the purchased Student edition after using a 30-day trial. I think the problem is that I never got a verifying email which should contain the Product Code. Second problem is that it seems to be extremely difficult to find contact information to support!
And btw, where did you find that about MathCad -window?

That is from MATHCAD  not Prime - if you are upgrading from Mathcad to prime.

 

What country are you in ? There are some phone contacts  here they may be aable to help.
